Happy Hearts Working creates meaningful pathways for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities—connecting them to job and volunteer opportunities, and supporting access to semi-independent living.

Why Happy Hearts Working?
Jack brings clarity in few words...
"I going Happy Hearts Working!"

Inspired by Jack
Jack, who has Down syndrome, has faced distinct challenges as he grows up alongside his typically developing twin brother, Nick. While Nick moves naturally into adult life, Jack—and many others with intellectual and developmental disabilities—risk losing connection after high school or an 18–21 program, despite years of learning, growth, and social development.
At HHW, we refuse to let that be their story.
Our Vision
Our vision at Happy Hearts Working is to provide an enriching Christian program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. HHW is committed to implementing job connections, along with volunteer and skill-building opportunities for our associates to lead a purposeful, joyful life shared with others!

Partner for Jobs
Happy Hearts Working invites schools, businesses, and organizations to partner in creating inclusive job opportunities for our Associates—adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are ready to learn, contribute, and grow. Through internship-style placements, Associates build skills, gain confidence, and work toward meaningful part-time employment. By partnering with HHW, you’re not just offering a job—you’re helping create a future filled with purpose and belonging.
