Why Happy Hearts Working?

Jack brings clarity in few words...

"I going Happy Hearts Working!"

Inspired by Jack

Jack, who has Down syndrome, has lived with unique challenges as he matures, while his twin brother, Nick, develops typically. Instead of experiencing life activities like his brother, Jack and others who have intellectual and developmental disabilities are at risk of becoming disconnected following high school or an 18-21 Program, after completing years of education, life skills training and social development.

We refuse to let that be the story for Jack and others.

Partner for Jobs

We are seeking partnerships with schools and businesses to identify part-time jobs that could be successfully completed by our intellectually and developmentally disabled associates.  Opportunities will be requested for our HHW associates to “intern” at your school or business, practice their targeted job skills towards positive outcomes, and ultimately secure a part-time job position.

If you would like to partner with Happy Hearts Working for internships and possible employment for our associates, click below to get involved.
